Shipping policy

Orders are not considered in progress until full payment is made. 

All shirts are unisex sizes.

Gildan Unisex shirts are used for all Toddler, Youth and Adult sizes for vinyl. 

Jerzees/Gildan used for all printed adult and youth shirts, Laughing Giraffe used for some youth, infant and toddler. 

All custom items containing names or special images are final sale.

All treat sales are final.

Custom orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing an order.

Any cancellations after 24 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee of $25 and cost of materials used. 

Orders must be placed in a timely fashion to assure receipt of items on time.

SHIPPING TIME:

USPS First class 2-5 days ; USPS priority 1-3 

UPS ground 1-5 Business days

Everything is Made to order

Pre-Designed items (SRB originals) are a 5-7 Day processing time.

Custom items are a 7-10 Day processing time. (varies per item 14 days is the maximum in most cases unless otherwise specified in product description)

Keep in mine processing and Shipping times are separate. If you require a RUSH ORDER, reach out via email or chat. RUSH ORDERS are not always available.

***Please do not request Rush options after purchase. Rush options must be requested before your order is placed. Orders requesting Rush options not previously approved will unfortunately be canceled ***

Rush order fee of $20 applies to any order placed outside of the mandatory order time.

Shipping prices vary based on size and weight of packaging as well as the type of item being shipped.

  • Products are made to order; therefore, NO refunds will be given due to inaccurate sizing or inaccurate color choice. 
  • I will remake an item if there is a shop error, a refund will NOT be given if the item has been personalized.
  • Unfortunately I cannot issue refunds/replacements/returns in the event of  postal delays, damages, or lost packages. USPS claims must be submitted by the addressee if these problems arise. 
  • Please be sure that your shipping address is verified at the time of check out. I cannot guarantee delivery if an incorrect address is provided, so please DOUBLE CHECK.
